There are so many uses and purposes for water. Like I wrote earlier. You can use water for drinking it, well actually your supposed to. You use water to wash your self, you use it when you cook. Its even used to relax the body, for example of like soaking in hot water.
Swimming is a great why to have fun and even exercise. While swimming you work your whole body, you have to use your arms and legs, even muscles you didn't know existed. After swimming you feel refreshed, something about water just refreshes the soul. Even if you just did a hard workout you will still feel refreshed.
Anthony - I would like to hear more about your swimming. It certainly does relate to water, and perhaps even the freedom of water for you. How long have you been swimming? Do you have some major goals for your swimming, like the Olympics or other competitions? How old were you when you started swimming?
ReplyDeleteEventually we will be doing a water project related to what we are learning. It will be interesting to see if you combine swimming with your project in any way.
